SAU 16 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, sex, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, ethnic origins, country of origin, economic status, status as a victim of domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault, or stalking, disability, age or other protected classes under applicable law in its educational programs and activities.  SAU 16 also provides equal access to buildings for youth groups. Annual Notice of Rights and Policies

At the beginning of each school year, information is be sent home electronically to all families regarding notice of rights & policies. Acknowledgement is requested so this information can be maintained in each student’s cumulative file throughout his or her years in SAU 16.

The acknowledgement is a school record and must be returned to your child’s school.
